As we scale, we’re looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own, optimise and accelerate our paid acquisition strategy across paid social, PPC, search and emerging AI-driven search channels.

The Role
This is a senior, hands-on performance role focused on driving measurable B2B awareness, lead generation and pipeline growth. You will be responsible for building, managing and scaling paid campaigns that generate high-quality leads from HR and Benefits decision-makers.
You will own channel strategy, execution, testing and optimisation with a strong emphasis on paid social while creating the performance across PPC, traditional search, and AI-powered search platforms.
This role requires someone who understands complex B2B sales cycles, HR/Benefits buyers, and how to drive performance marketing that contributes directly to revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Social (Primary Focus)
• Develop, execute and scale paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms)
• Build highly targeted campaigns to reach HR Directors, Heads of Benefits, People Leaders and C-suite stakeholders
• Continuously test creative, messaging, audiences and funnels to optimise CPL, MQL quality and pipeline impact
• Manage retargeting and full-funnel campaign architecture
PPC & Search
• Launch, own and optimise Google Ads and other PPC platforms
• Build high-intent keyword strategies targeting HR and Benefits buyers
• Drive performance across branded and non-branded campaigns
• Improve landing page conversion performance in collaboration with design/content teams
AI & Emerging Search
• Develop strategies for AI-driven search environments (e.g., generative search optimisation)
• Monitor changes in search behaviour and adapt acquisition strategies accordingly
• Identify and test new paid and organic search opportunities
Performance & Reporting
• Own channel budgets and forecasting
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance with clear ROI accountability
• Work closely with Sales to ensure lead quality and pipeline alignment
• Build attribution models and optimise for revenue, not just leads

Requirements
• 5+ years experience in a B2B performance marketing role
• Proven experience managing and scaling effective and creative paid social campaigns for B2B companies
• Strong PPC and search marketing expertise
• Experience selling into HR and Benefits teams is essential
• Experience in the employee benefits, health benefits, or HR tech space strongly preferred
• Demonstrated track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
• Deep understanding of long B2B sales cycles and multi-touch attribution
• Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
• Comfortable owning budgets and performance targets
