A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead its technology function and drive transformation. The focus will be to remediate technical debt and in turn drive innovation across applications, data and cloud. This is a senior leadership role affording the opportunity to shape the future of technology across a growing, high-performing business.

• Lead the IT team across support, infrastructure, and business systems.
• Own, devise and deliver the IT strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Remediate technical debt within the IT Ops and Infrastructure space.
• Drive transformation across the application and CRM estate, including data / insights and cloud adoption.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to align tech with commercial objectives and provide greater visibility to the business on progress.
• Ensure you have the right team in the right roles to deliver the above, very likely increasing head count to do so.

• Proven experience as an IT Director or senior technology leader, able to operate as part of the wider business Board.
• Industry experience from an SME environment, where you have led across the full IT function.
