We're recruiting on behalf of a growing ERP consultancy that's looking to develop finance professionals into successful ERP Consultants. *No previous ERP consulting experience is required – full training will be provided.* The Opportunity This isn't your typical accounting role. Instead of spending your career producing the same reports month after month, you'll work directly with businesses across the UK, helping them improve their finance systems and implement ERP software. You'll work alongside experienced consultants from day one, learning how to deliver projects from discovery through to implementation, user training and go-live. Projects typically last between *6–9 months*, allowing you to build genuine relationships with clients and see every stage of an implementation. There are *no sales or business development responsibilities*. Your role is to become a trusted consultant, helping clients get the very best from their finance systems. What You'll Be Doing * Supporting ERP implementation projects
* Understanding clients' finance and operational processes
* Assisting with system configuration, testing and data migration
* Delivering user training and ongoing support
* Translating business requirements into practical ERP solutions
* Building long-term client relationships
* Working alongside experienced consultants while developing your own expertise About You This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys finance but is looking for a more varied and rewarding career. You'll ideally have experience as a: * Management Accountant

* Experience producing management accounts
* Month-end and/or year-end reporting experience
* Knowledge of journals, accruals and prepayments
* Strong Excel and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* A genuine interest in systems, technology and process improvement
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel ERP experience isn't essential. They're looking for the right attitude and finance knowledge. They'll teach you the consultancy and ERP side. Training & Development You'll receive structured training from experienced consultants and senior leadership. Your onboarding programme is *hybrid*, giving you exposure to every aspect of the role through a combination of: * Office-based learning
* Shadowing consultants on client sites
* Working independently as your confidence develops As your experience grows, you'll begin leading your own implementation projects while continuing to receive support and mentoring.
