Business Admin Apprentice

An exciting opportunity to join a thriving, established business with a technologically based organisation. You will report to the Project Manager and work closely with the Operations team on co-ordinating events, preparing project packs and key documents such as purchase orders and updating the back office systems.

Role

We are based locally in Southport but we conduct most of our business in London, so you will get the opportunity to work closely with the team in relation to those projects.

You will report to the Project Manager and work closely with the Operations team on co-ordinating events, preparing project packs and key documents such as purchase orders and updating the back office systems.

You will also get the opportunity to develop your commercial skills as you will be working with different levels of authority within the business as this will build your confidence in the role.

You will also be liaising with suppliers to co-ordinate project pricing and/or to discuss deliveries.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain and grow your skills in the commercial environment and this role will allow you to apply the theory of your course in a practical setting.

  • Coordination of events with key stakeholders incl. clients, partners, venues, equipment hire, and other key personnel.
