About the Client
Our client is an American global digital sports platform. They are a creative production company specializing in high-quality prepress and print services, operating across multiple time zones to support global clients with advanced hybrid cloud workflows and cutting-edge production technology.
Role: Prepress Systems Engineer
A hands-on Prepress Engineer providing daily technical support for prepress workstations and production tools across a hybrid cloud environment, supporting teams in both US West Coast and UK time zones.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for all prepress workstations, software, and production tools
- Maintain, monitor, and escalate issues related to prepress applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, PitStop, GMG, etc.
- Troubleshoot file sync issues with LucidLink and Adobe integrations
- Handle L1 support tasks, including access provisioning, role assignments, and drive connections
- Assist with user requests, job setup issues, and workflow bottlenecks
- Support rollouts of new technology and conduct user training sessions
- Document updates, resolutions, and standard operating procedures to enhance team efficiency
- Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Production teams when cross-department support is required
Key Skills & Technologies
- Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Any experience with prepress workflow software such as Acrobat Pro, Enfocus PitStop, and Prinergy
- Proficiency supporting macOS-based and Windows production workstations
- Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud workflows and LucidLink
- Ability to quickly diagnose system issues and clearly communicate solutions to non-technical users
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction
- Availability to support teams either across US West Coast OR UK time zones

- Time-zone: 4 hours of overlap with US West Coast or UK time zones
- Type: Full-time contract
- Duration: 12+ months
- Remote: Hybrid (on-site every other week in London)
