Application Analyst Developer - Law Firm

Job Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the support, administration and optimisation of the businesses databases.
• They will also be required to support key applications including the firm’s CMS, DMS, SQL Server estate and other core systems.
• As a key member of the Applications and Development Team, the role is also to ensure availability, reliability and security of all databases and key applications.
• Developing MS Office applications including templates, data injection and automation.
• Liaising with the end users, Partners and the Senior Software Developer to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
• Maintain application security and data privacy in line with ISO27001 standards, applying secure coding practices and ensuring compliance with firm security standards

Skills Required

• Experience of developing key legal applications, such as iManage.
• Strong background in SQL Server - T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers) and SSRS.
• Scripting experience utilising VBA, VB Script and PowerShell.
• Good experience with Microsoft 365 stack
• Knowledge of IIS configuration and management
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS, using Web Design tools

Hybrid working - 3 days onsite/2 days WFH.
