IT Business Analyst – AI Programme

My client is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a firm-wide AI programme, focused on the safe, practical adoption of AI and digital tools across legal and business services teams.

This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, change, enablement and governance. It is not a technical build role, but instead focuses on how AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved legal AI platforms are embedded into day-to-day ways of working.

Key focus areas include:

• Assessing feasibility, impact and risk of AI and technology use cases
• Running discovery workshops and mapping processes to AI-enabled scenarios
• Supporting pilots and early adoption, moving solutions into sustainable use
• Driving structured change and user enablement across multiple stakeholder groups
• Designing prompts, templates, playbooks and user guidance
• Defining and tracking adoption and value metrics, including dashboards and reporting
• Supporting governance, testing and risk management activities

Experience sought:

• Business analysis, product adoption or digital workplace change within professional services or legal environments
• Delivery of AI or automation initiatives from discovery through rollout
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capability
• Confidence translating technical concepts into clear business guidance
• Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards and value tracking
