Python Developer (AI & Automation)

Job Responsibilities

• You will help design and build intelligent workflows using platforms such as n8n and Python, integrating with core business systems and AI tools.
• Working closely with analysts, developers and AI specialists, you'll deliver robust, low-code solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort and embed AI capabilities in day-to-day workflows.
• The role also involves working with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure AI Agent Service and AI Factory, to support scalable deployment and life cycle management of AI agents.
• Use Azure AI Studio and Azure AI Factory to test, evaluate and manage AI agents across their life cycle. Develop clear benchmarks to measure performance and ensure changes deliver measurable improvements.

Skills Required

• Extensive experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Strong expertise in Python and API development (RESTful APIs, Webhooks).
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, with experience in integrating AI models or agents into automated workflows.
• Experience using Azure AI Agent Service and Azure AI Factory
• Familiarity with AI tools and libraries (eg OpenAI, PyTorch, or similar).
• Experience with database technologies (eg SQL, NoSQL) for automation and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of Typescript and Node.js for developing custom n8n nodes.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH.
