Senior Legal Technologist

Hybrid working (60/40 office and remote)
My client is an international law firm and is looking to appoint a Senior Legal Technologist to support its Construction, Real Estate and Disputes division.
This role sits within the Legal Technology team in IT and works closely with Legal Project Management, Knowledge, Business Development and other business services teams. The focus is on adopting, embedding and realising value from legal technology, while acting as a trusted advisor to partners and fee earners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver legal technology projects to agreed timeframes and budgets
- Act as first-line and escalation support for legal technology queries within the CRED division
- Promote and embed the use of legal technology across practice groups through onboarding, training and coaching
- Act as subject matter expert across the legal tech stack, with a strong understanding of how tools support real estate, construction and disputes matters
- Ensure value from existing platforms while monitoring the market for new tools, particularly within property-related technology
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Support client-facing technology demonstrations, pitches and business development activity
- Analyse usage data, build case studies and articulate efficiency, time savings and ROI
- Contribute to process mapping, continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Experience required
- Significant experience delivering or supporting legal technology within a law firm
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HighQ, DocuSign, Miro, Document Drafter, Harvey AI or equivalent, and property tools such as Orbital Witness, InfoTrack, SearchFlow or Landscape SDLT
- Strong project delivery experience
