Finance Systems Analyst

An international Law firm is looking to hire a Finance Systems Analyst to work in their London office. The role is centred around management of the firm's practice management system (Aderant), and they are looking for candidates with Legal systems experience (Aderant/3E).

Hybrid working (2 days-a-week from home)

£50,000-£70,000

Finance Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Aderant system's integrity, data quality, and user access
• Develop and test system upgrades, enhancements, and customisations
• Train and support finance users across key tools
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance and IT
• Liaise with vendors (e.g., Aderant, Minisoft) to resolve issues and enhance functionality
• Create documentation and champion best practices in data management
• Generation of complex SQL/SSRS reports and PowerBI dashboards

Finance Systems Analyst Experience:

• APPLICANTS MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH EITHER ADERANT OR ELITE 3E
• Advanced Excel skills and strong SQL knowledge
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
