Head of Application

A professional services organisation is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Head of Applications to lead its enterprise application ecosystem. This role focuses on shaping a firm-wide data strategy, driving API-led integrations, and overseeing the application roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver a cross-functional application and integration roadmap
• Lead data governance aligned with GDPR and ISO standards
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure
• Design and manage API integrations and automation workflows
• Oversee vendor relationships and budgets
• Provide expert support for application-related incidents
• Engage stakeholders across business functions
• Mentor and manage team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years in senior applications management
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure
• Proven expertise in API design and integration platforms (e.g. iPaaS/RPA)
• Track record in delivering data strategies and multi-system automation
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001; TOGAF certification is a plus
