ERP | Enterprise Projects | Hybrid Working
Are you a Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex ERP projects, juggling multiple stakeholders, and keeping customers genuinely happy; not just “signed off”? If you love structure, momentum, and making things actually work in the real world, this one’s worth your time.
You’ll join a growing Professional Services function responsible for delivering enterprise-level ERP implementations. Working closely with consultants, trainers, sales, development, and support teams, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects. This includes the initial scope through to clean handover and close-out.
This is a hands-on role with real influence: shaping project plans, managing change, controlling budgets, and keeping delivery on track — both on-site and from the office.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating and owning project SOWs, delivery plans, schedules, and execution pipelines
- Managing multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously — on time and on budget
- Controlling change management, forecasting, resourcing, and cost tracking
- Leading project handovers from Sales and into Support with clear milestones
- Managing scope, expectations, and stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Running project governance, meetings, reporting, and documentation
- Monitoring and approving timesheets and utilisation
- Collaborating across Development, Sales, Hardware, and Support teams
- Continuously improving how shared resources are planned and deployed
You’re commercially aware, delivery-focused, and calm under pressure. You know how to balance people, priorities, and constraints. You are also confident pushing back when scope creep threatens delivery.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Full life cycle ERP Implementation knowledge (Workday,Salesforce, NAV, Business Central, SAGE or EPICOR etc)
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and LEAN methodologies
- Exposure to PMP or recognised project management frameworks
- Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
- A structured, logical approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
You’ll be joining a business that genuinely invests in its people both professionally and personally. The culture is collaborative, social, and built around long-term fit, not short-term fixes. Interested? You should be... Apply now!
