No two days are the same. You'll gain exposure to everything from financial reporting and tax through to budgeting, forecasting, fundraising support and strategic finance, all while working in a business that embraces technology to make finance smarter and more efficient. You'll also collaborate closely with a team of software engineers, helping identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve accounting processes and deliver an exceptional client experience.What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of exciting, high-growth startup clients.
- Building trusted relationships with founders and senior stakeholders.
- Supporting clients with financial reporting, management accounts and compliance.
- Advising on budgeting, forecasting and fundraising preparation.
- Providing guidance across a broad range of accounting and tax matters.
- Working with internal technology teams to improve processes using AI and automation.
- Driving continuous improvements that enhance both client delivery and internal efficiencies.
- ACA qualified.
- Around 2–3 years' post-qualified experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
