Financial Controller
Financial Controller (2 Days per Week) Fractional | Fully Remote | £75,000 FTE Equivalent A growing international technology business is seeking an experienced Fractional Financial Controller to support the financial management of a multi-entity group operating across several jurisdictions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable operating autonomously within a fast-moving scale-up environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and take ownership of core finance operations, reporting, forecasting and group consolidation activities. The Role The equivalent commitment is approximately 2 days per week, with flexibility around how this is structured. Key responsibilities:
- Multi-entity accounting and group consolidations
- Intercompany accounting and eliminations
- Cashflow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Multi-currency accounting and FX treatment
- Monthly management reporting and KPI analysis
- Supporting board-level financial reporting
- Liaison with external accountants and auditors
- Financial modelling and commercial analysis support
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong experience in multi-entity or international group accounting
- Consolidation and management reporting expertise
- Cashflow forecasting experience
- The ability to work independently with incomplete information
- Strong communication and commercial judgement
