Operations Manager - Growing Scale-Up Focused Accountancy Practice £55,000 London | Hybrid (2 days in the office) Are you the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes? We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing professional services business looking for a Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of the organisation.*Please note that we are only considering applicants who have previous experience in a Practice/Operations Manager role within an accountancy practice* You'll take ownership of operations, compliance, technology, people and client experience, working closely with the founders to help scale the business. You'll be responsible for:
- Driving operational excellence across the practice
- Improving systems, workflows and embracing AI & technology
- Leading compliance, governance and quality processes
- Managing HR operations, onboarding and employee experience
- Enhancing client onboarding and overall client satisfaction
- Supporting leadership with strategic projects as the business continues to grow
- Has significant experience in practice, operations or business management within an accounting practice environment
- Loves improving processes and implementing better ways of working
- Is highly organised, commercially minded and thrives on autonomy
- Can confidently manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Has an interest in consumer/product focused businesses
- Enjoys working in a growing, entrepreneurial business where no two days are the same
