Systems Accountant
Systems Finance Manager Museum | London (hybrid – c.60% office based) 9-month FTC | £65,000 | Full Time An experienced Systems Finance Manager is required to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new finance system for a complex, values-led organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you will take full ownership of delivery, working closely with internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful go-live and adoption.This is a hands-on role combining project leadership, finance systems expertise and strong stakeholder engagement across finance and non-finance teams.Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the full lifecycle finance system implementation, on time and within budget
- Managing project plans, risks, dependencies and budgets
- Working with implementation partners on system configuration and data migration
- Designing and coordinating testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Leading change management, training and user documentation
- Managing go-live, post-implementation support and handover
- Proven experience delivering ERP / finance system implementations (Microsoft Business Central desirable)
- Strong business analysis, process mapping and reporting expertise
- Confident training non-finance users on complex systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work independently and resolve system issues effectively
- Charity or not-for-profit experience preferred
