Head of Revenue Operations
Location: United Kingdom - Fully remote
Base salary range: £75,000 – £95,000 per year (depending on experience and location)
Variable pay: £10,000 per year (based on goals achievement)

We are an international SaaS organization operating in fast-evolving regulatory environments across industries such as PLM, retail, and manufacturing. As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a hands-on and strategic Head of Revenue Operations to help structure and accelerate our next stage of growth.
Reporting to the CSO, you will play a key role in designing scalable commercial processes, harmonising operations across regions, integrating newly acquired entities, and building a high-performing RevOps function supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams across Europe and the US.
🛠 The position and key responsibilities
Revenue Strategy, Forecasting & Performance
- Own and continuously improve revenue forecasting models to increase predictability and support strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting frameworks across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Analyse pipeline performance, conversion rates, customer trends, and revenue drivers to identify growth opportunities and operational risks
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on KPI definition, forecast cadence, territory planning, and performance tracking
- Contribute to the design and optimisation of sales compensation and incentive models
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue acceleration, operational efficiency, and quota attainment
Process Design & Operational Excellence
- Design, implement, and scale efficient revenue processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to renewal and expansion
- Standardise and harmonise ways of working across regions and business units while maintaining flexibility for local market needs
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise conversion, retention, and upsell performance
- Create and maintain clear process documentation and RevOps playbooks to support consistency and scalability
- Drive enablement and adoption initiatives to ensure teams effectively use tools, data, and processes
- Support post-acquisition operational integration and alignment with global standards
CRM & Revenue Technology
- Own the HubSpot CRM strategy, including governance, configuration, optimisation, and user adoption
- Lead the evolution of the RevOps tech stack, including automation, analytics, forecasting, and enablement tools
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and workflows to improve commercial productivity and data visibility
- Partner with IT and Finance teams on systems integration projects and data governance initiatives
- Ensure reliable, clean, and real-time reporting capabilities across the organisation
- Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional projects related to systems evolution, automation, and operational scalability
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and lead a scalable Revenue Operations function, including SalesOps, RevOps Analysts, and Enablement profiles
- Act as a strategic business partner to the CSO, Executive Committee, and commercial leadership teams
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment with distributed teams across Europe, the US, and APAC
- Bring a hands-on and pragmatic approach, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution

🎯 Your profile
What you bring:
Education: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field; MBA is a plus
Experience:
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, with a minimum of 5 years in hands-on leadership position
- Experience in fast-scaling, international environments
- Proven track record of aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Builder/doer: this role requires a hands-on approach as we build and scale the RevOps team.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic & Business Acumen: Strong commercial mindset, Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and recurring and PS revenue models
- Leadership & Management: Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-location teams and Ability to build, coach, motivate, and align teams toward common goals
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of HubSpot and associated CRM ecosystems, Strong analytical and forecasting skills and Knowledge of revenue tech stack, data visualization tools
- Change Management: Track record of driving transformation and scaling operations, Experience in process harmonization and global rollout of tools and Ability to navigate priorities as the structure gets built
- Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills; persuasive and diplomatic communicator and Comfortable navigating executive-level discussions
