The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Associate (3-5PQE) within a high-performing commercial technology team, working on a mix of data, digital regulatory and IP-driven matters.

The work is varied and cutting-edge, with strong international exposure and close client contact from early on.

You will advise on a range of tech specific agreements from licensing, cloud/SaaS and outsourcing to name a few, focused on matters in the financial services sector.

This will really suit someone who enjoys and wants to get involved in commercial fintech work, as well as working closely with the financial services regulatory team.

• You’ll need a solid commercial/fintech background
• Experience/interest in data, digital regulation or emerging tech would be ideal
