Tradewibd Recruitment is seeking a dedicated School Data & MIS Officer to join one of our partner schools in the borough of Westminster. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, ideal for someone with experience in managing school data, reporting, and MIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the school's Management Information System (MIS) accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure data integrity across student records, attendance, assessment, and safeguarding information.

• Produce regular reports for school leadership, governors, and external agencies.

• Support the administration of student enrolment, admissions, and transfers.

• Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance checks by providing accurate and timely data.

• Liaise with teaching staff, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

• Train and support staff in using MIS systems effectively.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data & MIS Officer or similar role within a school environment.

• Strong knowledge of school MIS systems (e.g., Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom).

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
