Role
This role is a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The focus is building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates across all active roles.
You will work directly with the Chief of Staff across:
- Sourcing
- Screening
- Pipeline management
- Interview coordination
This is an execution-focused role centered on consistency and output.
Ownership
You will own:
- End-to-end candidate sourcing across all active roles
- Qualification and screening of candidates against defined criteria
- Maintenance of a consistent and active hiring pipeline
- Coordination of interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication
- Tracking of all candidates within the hiring system
- Alignment with role requirements and hiring priorities
Our System
You will operate on top of:
- An AI-first approach to operations
- Clearly defined role requirements and hiring criteria
- A structured pipeline and candidate tracking system
- Standardized hiring workflows and evaluation processes
- Direct coordination with the Chief of Staff for alignment
You will be measured on:
- Pipeline consistency: Continuous flow of qualified candidates across roles
- Candidate quality: Alignment of candidates with defined role criteria
- Speed of hiring: Time from sourcing to interview readiness
- Pipeline visibility: All candidates tracked and updated in real time
- Execution consistency: No gaps in sourcing or pipeline activity
Compensation
Phase 1 - Setup (Weeks 1–4)
Milestone-based:
- Sourcing system setup (LinkedIn, Upwork, channels live) — $100
- Candidate tracking system implemented (CRM / tracker live) — $100
- First batch of 15–20 qualified candidates delivered — $200
Phase 2 — Execution
- Base retainer - $400
- Performance-based upside tied to outcomes:
- $300 per successful hire (paid after candidate completes 30 days)
- Additional incentives tied to qualified candidate delivery and pipeline performance
Payout cycle
- We operate on a Quarterly Vault model, where all compensation is consolidated and paid out every 90 days.
- You will have access to a live dashboard showing tracked revenue and performance metrics.
All agreements are formalized through a written contract, with clearly defined scope, compensation structure, and payment terms. Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Work Setup
- Fully remote role with flexibility on location
- You are expected to operate in a structured, high-performance environment
- Fixed monthly home office stipend provided (internet, connectivity & work setup)
- Tools and systems required for execution will be provided
Expected to operate within a US–EU overlapping time window - GMT+0 to GMT+3 range
