Business Development Representative

TranqBay Health is a mental health platform that connects individuals with licensed therapists. We are now launching our employer offering — bringing TranqBay to companies as a mental health benefit for their staff — and we are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help us build this from the ground up in the UK.

What you will be doing:

  • Reaching out to UK companies with 25 to 250 employees and speaking with HR managers, People Operations leads, and decision makers
  • Pitching TranqBay's new employer offering as a mental health benefit for their employees
  • Booking and delivering platform demos to interested companies
  • Closing partnership deals and earning commission on every deal you close

What we offer:

  • 20 to 30 percent commission on first-year contract value, paid monthly via Stripe or bank transfer
  • 10 to 15 percent recurring commission on annual renewals
  • Typical deal sizes range from £2,500 to £20,000 and above
  • Founder-led demo support, warm-intro coaching, and a Slack channel for live deal help
  • Pitch deck, demo materials
  • Fully remote with flexible working hours

Who we are looking for:

  • UK-based with experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong communicator comfortable speaking with senior decision makers
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Existing network in HR, employee benefits, corporate wellness, or founder communities is a strong advantage
  • Genuine interest in mental health and employee wellbeing
