As they continue to modernise their technology landscape, they are now hiring a Head of Delivery. What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end delivery of all digital and technology projects and programmes, ensuring high-quality execution and seamless transition to operations
• Lead and mature the project delivery function, setting and enforcing strong governance and delivery standards
• Shape and maintain the application and technology roadmap , aligned with the business’s five-year strategy and architectural principles
• Prioritise and sequence the delivery portfolio based on business needs, dependencies, and capacity
• Own the overall Digital & Technology Architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise guidelines
• Drive delivery quality — defining and embedding standards for assurance, testing, documentation, and handover
• Work closely with Business Partners and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between business priorities and the delivery pipeline
• Manage key suppliers and delivery partners to ensure value and performance
• Monitor portfolio outcomes, ensuring benefits tracking, risk management, and continuous improvement
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams across project management, architecture, and delivery disciplines
• Contribute to the wider strategic leadership of the technology function, providing senior-level direction and thought leadership

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Demonstrable leadership delivering large-scale digital and technology transformation programmes
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary internal and external delivery teams
• Strong programme and project management capability, including portfolio planning and sequencing
• Solid understanding of application architecture, software engineering, and integration
• Experience collaborating across operations, supply chain, and corporate functions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and relationship-building skills
