Corporate Lawyer

Company Description

Transmission is the first automotive and peer-to-peer rental platform built on blockchain, utilising Proof of Participation to reward real-world engagement and pave the future of decentralised ownership.

We are building a mobility ecosystem where renters, mechanics, valets, fleet owners, and investors are aligned through tokenised incentives, automated workflows, and distributed participation. Our model eliminates the need for physical rental locations, turning cities into decentralised mobility hubs powered by community contribution.

As we prepare for token generation, fundraising, and international expansion, we are seeking a legal partner who understands not only digital assets and corporate structure, but also believes in the broader mission and strategic aims of our decentralised community.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer specialising in Digital Assets, Tokenisation, and Web3 Compliance to architect Transmission's legal and regulatory foundations.

This is a contract + equity-based role designed for someone who wants to be part of a long-term journey—someone who believes in the model, supports the community's mission, and is excited by pioneering real-world blockchain applications.
