Help Build the Next Generation of a SaaS Platform

We're partnering with an ambitious technology company that is investing heavily in the future of its software platform. As part of an exciting transformation programme, they're looking for a Product Owner to play a key role in shaping new capabilities, improving customer experiences and helping define the future direction of their product.

This isn't a role focused purely on backlog management or sprint administration. You'll work closely with customers, designers and engineers to understand real business challenges, validate ideas and ensure solutions deliver measurable value. The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of key product initiatives from discovery through to delivery, ensuring every solution is driven by customer insight, commercial value and long-term strategic thinking. Working as part of a collaborative product team, you'll help prioritise development, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for innovation and ensure the product continues to evolve in line with customer needs. You'll have genuine influence over both what gets built and why.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, workshops and research.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritise product initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design and other stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Define product success measures and monitor adoption following release.
• Use customer feedback, analytics and market insight to shape future improvements.
• Challenge feature requests where appropriate, ensuring focus remains on delivering meaningful outcomes.
• Support the development of intelligent, data-driven product capabilities using emerging technologies where appropriate.
• Contribute to the long-term evolution of a scalable SaaS platform.

About You

We're interested in people who combine customer empathy with commercial thinking and enjoy working in collaborative product environments.

You'll likely have:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst or similar product-focused role.
• Experience working within Agile software development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering customer requirements and validating solutions.
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
• A data-driven approach to product decision-making.
• Confidence balancing customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience working on SaaS products.
• Exposure to APIs, integrations or platform-based software.
• Experience using analytics to inform product decisions.
• An interest in AI, automation or emerging technologies.
• Experience delivering customer-centric digital products.
