Account Executive – AI-Native Data & Analytics Platform (London)

A fast-growing AI-native technology company building data and analytics products for institutional market participants is hiring an Account Executive to join its London team.

The business provides sophisticated market intelligence and analytics tools used by financial institutions, investors and corporates operating across complex infrastructure and commodity markets. This role will focus on driving new business growth across the UK and Europe.

The Role

  • Drive new logo acquisition across the UK and European markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Develop account plans and identify opportunities to expand revenue within clients
  • Work closely with product and leadership teams to position data-driven solutions
  • Operate in a high-activity sales environment with clear quarterly targets

Clients

Customers include a broad mix of institutional investors and corporates, including:

  • Financial institutions (hedge funds, private equity firms, alternative asset managers and research teams)
  • Commodities & natural resource companies
  • Pension funds

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling SaaS, data, or analytics products in Financial Services (or similar) is highly desirable
  • Track record of hitting sales targets and closing new business
  • Strong job tenure - this client won't consider regular job hoppers.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-performance new business environment
  • Experience selling products with meaningful commercial value (c. £20k+ contracts)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to sell across UK and European markets
  • Based in or willing to work from the London office
