Account Manager
The Role
We’re hiring an Account Manager to own the post-sale relationship for a UK and European customer base within a fast-growing data and analytics platform. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across the energy sector, including investors, developers, and operators—ensuring they extract maximum value from the platform while driving renewals and expansion.
This is a relationship-led role at the intersection of customer success, commercial growth, and product development.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and deep product adoption
- Lead regular client engagements, demonstrating how the platform supports better decision-making through data and analytics
- Translate customer feedback and requests into actionable insights for the product team
- Develop strong expertise in energy markets and act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For
The Essentials:
- 3–5 years’ experience in account management or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, balancing retention and revenue growth
- Commercially minded, with confidence in handling renewals and upsell conversations
- Interest in energy markets, with a willingness to quickly build domain expertise
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SaaS tools such as CRM and customer engagement platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Existing network within the energy sector (investors, developers, utilities, or operators)
- Background in data, analytics, or research-driven products
