Implementation Consultant (FinTech) — London

A high-growth investment-technology vendor is hiring an Implementation Consultant to deliver client onboarding and workflow configuration for buy-side firms. The platform is API-first and developer-friendly, with a strong engineering culture.

What you’ll do

• Lead implementations for asset-management clients: scoping, data mapping, configuration, integrations and UAT.
• Build and optimise workflows across portfolio/trade lifecycle processes (e.g., PMS/OMS/EMS, Operations, Risk, Compliance).
• Write robust SQL/Python to transform data, automate tasks and validate results.
• Partner with client stakeholders (front-, middle- and back-office) to solve problems and drive adoption.

Must-have

• Strong investment-product knowledge, including full trade lifecycle, pricing and analytics.
• Hands-on SQL and Python (essential).
• Familiarity with market participants and their roles (brokers/market makers, custodians, prime brokers, fund services, vendors).
• Experience working with multi-asset data feeds (Equities, Fixed Income, ETDs, OTCs, Alternatives).

Nice-to-have

• Experience delivering SaaS implementations to buy-side clients.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data models in investment platforms.
• Comfort working in collaborative, evidence-led product environments.

Location

• London (hybrid).
