Forward Deployment Specialist (Implementation Lead)

Trevose Partners are are partnering with a rapidly scaling AI-driven compliance technology business, backed by strong Series A funding and already deployed across top financial institutions globally.

Our client is building a next-generation platform that automates some of the most complex and labour-intensive aspects of regulatory compliance, from horizon scanning through to controls mapping and audit readiness. They are now hiring a Forward Deployment Specialist to sit at the centre of their client engagements.

This is a critical hire requiring someone who can take a signed client and turn it into a successful, live deployment.

The Opportunity

This is a post-sales, client-facing role where you will lead end-to-end implementations across global financial institutions. You will operate as the key bridge between clients, product, and engineering, ensuring delivery is seamless, structured and commercially impactful.

You will be working directly with senior stakeholders across compliance, risk and technology functions, while also feeding real-world insight back into product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client deployments from initial kick-off through to go-live and beyond

• Lead Proof of Value Programmes (typically 4–6 weeks) and transition into full production rollouts

• Configure and deploy the platform including data ingestion, workflow design and AI calibration

• Work closely with compliance teams to map regulatory frameworks and control environments

• Coordinate across internal engineering and product teams to resolve issues and optimise delivery

• Design and deliver user training, documentation and deployment playbooks

• Act as the day-to-day client lead, managing stakeholder expectations and project timelines

• Identify expansion opportunities and feed insights back into the commercial team

• Capture structured product feedback and influence the roadmap

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering client-facing implementations, pilots or transformation programmes

• Exposure to financial services — banking, insurance, asset management or payments

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks would be beneficial (e.g. FCA, PRA, MiFID II, EMIR, DORA)

• Strong project management capability across complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Ability to operate comfortably across technical and non-technical conversations

• Familiarity with cloud environments, APIs or platform-based deployments

• Excellent communication skills — able to engage from analyst level through to C-suite

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
