We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to help deliver high-impact digital campaigns across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending data, automation and creativity - and who is excited by how AI is reshaping modern marketing.
The role
You'll sit within a collaborative marketing team, owning day-to-day digital execution while working closely with colleagues across content, events and design. Your focus will be on building scalable, measurable campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and managing HubSpot workflows, lead generation and nurture programmes
- Supporting campaign planning and amplifying content across digital channels
- Managing social media scheduling, publishing and optimisation
- Updating websites, publishing blogs and supporting on-page SEO
- Tracking performance, reporting on results and improving campaigns through insight
- Providing digital support for broader marketing activity, including events and promotions
- Strong, practical experience with HubSpot (this is essential)
- A solid grounding in digital marketing with at least two years' hands-on experience
- A clear interest in AI and a good understanding of how it influences search, content discovery and marketing efficiency
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills
