Within this Proposition IT Bid Manager role, you will provide clear direction across franchising activity, ensuring solutions are aligned with organisational goals, client requirements, and long-term strategy. You will be the fundamental bridge between Digital & Technology product teams, bid teams, suppliers, and operational stakeholders.
The successful Proposition IT Bid Manager will be responsible for: Coordinate technology inputs from all Product Managers and platforms teams to build compelling IT responses to transport tender bidsGather and share information with RFI and RFPCreate narrative and product vision for bids, and build the overall story for submissionsUnderstand the technological roadmap, projections and backlogOwn and manage supplier relationships from a bid perspectiveBe responsible for cost modelling supplier quotes and negotiating pricing with procurement/ finance supportHelp drive bids forward through effective supplier engagementWe are looking for a Proposition IT Bid Manager with: Proven experience in bidding or IT Bid Management within a transport setting is crucialAbility and experience to liaise with multiple Product ManagersA strong technological understandingExcellent stakeholder and supplier management skillsExperience coordinating across multiple teamsDemonstrated ability to engage with both white-collar and blue-collar associates2 stage interview process, with the 1st stage (Teams interview) being conducted early August.
