Overview
Your new role will see you join a growing, cloud-native insurance organisation undergoing major transformation. This is a rare opportunity to shape a greenfield, enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation from the ground up. We're looking for a strategic yet hands-on Architect who can drive adoption, define best practice, and lead the organisation's Salesforce vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and define the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture
- Ensure the new platform aligns with data governance, compliance, and security standards
- Lead the assessment and introduction of new Salesforce capabilities (AI, automation, low-code, etc.)
- Act as the organisation's Salesforce subject matter expert
- Promote Salesforce across the business, clearly demonstrating features and value to drive adoption
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service and/or Financial Services Cloud would be highly advantageous
