We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic IT professional to join a growing and dynamic IT team. You'll be providing 2nd support across a multi-site organisation. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting a wide range of systems including Windows environments, network infrastructure, telecoms, and in-house applications. You'll play a key role in a tight-knit the IT support team and work enterprise wide, gaining hands on experience across all areas of the business.

This role is a multifaceted position and offers the successful candidate a great opportunity to develop their career within the IT space. The client are looking for someone confident, ambitious and ready to take on the challanges that come with a busy role.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and common enterprise platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (3+ years)
