Salary: £40k-£45k + 10% Performance Based Bonus (Annual) + 10% Pension

We a looking for a Business Analyst to join an established but growing insurance organisation, in the Strategy and Transformation team.

You'll be joining a team of three Business Analysts; however, your focus will be on delivering projects across IT, Finance, and Product-related technical issues. The organisation is entering its next phase of growth and transformation, with several exciting initiatives on the horizon.

You should have proven experience as a Business Analyst, working in IT/Technology functions.

Experience required:

• Financial Services sector experience
• Worked on IT projects -systems, products or service launches

• Stakeholder management
• Problem solving and analysis skills
