Our client is an industry-leading organisation with a focus on sustainability and delivering social value. They are looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join their team, providing a mix of onsite and remote support to ensure colleagues have the tools and systems they need to work effectively.

You'll handle a range of tickets across hardware, software, AV, and Microsoft 365, working within SLA targets to keep services running. You'll also support senior stakeholders, maintain IT assets, and act as a key point of escalation for the service desk, making sure issues are resolved quickly and knowledge is shared across the team.

Ideally, you'll have previous experience with the below,

  • Previous experience in an IT support or service desk role

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365

  • Experience working with SLA's and ITSM tools

  • Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
