We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join a busy service desk team supporting users across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role providing front-line technical support for a wide range of systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT queries via phone and remote support
 - Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
 - Troubleshoot issues across Windows environments, networks, email, and telecoms
 - Assist with user account management and basic system administration
 - Escalate complex issues to senior team members or third-party providers
 
What You'll Need:
- Solid understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting
 - Experience supporting Windows OS and basic networking
 - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
