QA Engineer

QA Engineer Hybrid - Exeter -Salary - £40,000

We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer to set up and own a QA function from the ground up for a growing SaaS product. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to define testing strategy, build automation, and champion quality across the business.

What you'll do

• Design and run end-to-end testing (manual + automated)
• Build and maintain test automation for web apps and APIs
• Own bug tracking and quality metrics
• Embed quality into an Agile development process

What we're looking for

• Strong commercial QA experience
• Hands-on with tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
• Confident testing APIs and modern web apps
• Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently
