Key Responsibilities of the Senior IT Business Partner

  • Build strong, proactive relationships with business unit leaders and staff to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and implement technology solutions that support strategic objectives.
  • Develop compelling business cases, project proposals, and ROI analyses to support technology investments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into IT requirements and aligning strategies accordingly.
  • Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and digital initiatives to enhance efficiency and foster innovation.
  • Monitor emerging tech trends and advise on opportunities to improve passenger experience and optimise processes.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between IT and business teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Oversee the delivery of IT services and projects, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Continuously evaluate the impact of technology initiatives and recommend improvements to support performance.
