Circa £600 per day Inside IR35
Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in Rubery, Birmingham office/London office depending on location
3 month contract with an immediate start
Our client, a Global FTSE 250 organisation, is undergoing a major transformation under a new CIO.
This contract role sits within the Infrastructure and Service Operations team and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of a suite of HR and People applications provided by an outsourced vendor. You'll act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and internal tech teams, ensuring services align with business needs and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service delivery for enterprise-grade HR and People systems (e.g., payroll, recruitment, talent, learning, compensation & benefits).
- Act as the point of contact for global stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL service management principles.
- Drive performance and continuous improvement across outsourced services.
Essential Experience:
- Proven track record managing HR and People systems at an enterprise level.
- Experience working in global environments with diverse cultural and regional needs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex transformation programmes.
