Technology Supplier Management Lead - Driving Value Through Strategic Vendor Partnerships

We're seeking an experienced and commercially astute Technology Supplier Management Lead to take ownership of our technology vendor ecosystem at a pivotal point in our digital transformation journey.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how we manage and optimise relationships with key suppliers - from SaaS and cloud providers to infrastructure and service partners. You'll lead a comprehensive review of existing contracts, identify opportunities for consolidation or renewal, and embed governance frameworks that drive accountability, performance, and value.

Working at the intersection of technology, procurement, and legal, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our supplier relationships are aligned to organisational priorities and support agile delivery across multiple programmes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead supplier contract reviews and negotiations to drive efficiency and reduce risk.
• Implement robust governance models, including tiering, SLA/KPI tracking, and compliance oversight.
• Manage supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure supplier resources are deployed effectively and contribute to delivery outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in technology supplier management, ideally within digital transformation or IT delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, vendor governance, and performance frameworks.
• Confident negotiator with experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and a solution-focused mindset.

Professional certifications (e.g. ITIL, CIPS, contract management) are desirable but not essential.
