Recruitment Consultant

We're Hiring: Data & AI Recruiter – Tribal Digital (Manchester)

Salary: £35–45k + Commission

Hybrid: 4 days in our Central Manchester office / 1 WFH

Clients: AI Startups, SaaS, Ecommerce, Tech & Innovation Labs

Markets: Data Science, AI/ML, MLOps, Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, AI Product & Strategy

Tribal Digital is expanding into one of the fastest-growing areas in tech — Data & AI. We're looking for a specialist Recruiter to help us build and scale this new division, connecting top talent with high-growth companies shaping the future of AI, automation, and intelligent technologies.

What You'll Do

Build and grow our new Data & AI recruitment vertical

Partner with AI startups, digital agencies, SaaS platforms & data-led businesses

Hire across Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, MLOps & Analytics

Develop a high-value candidate network in emerging AI markets

Create content, insights & outreach strategies showcasing Tribal's expertise

Own the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent & contract roles

Help shape the long-term growth of the Data & AI division

What We're Looking For

Experience in tech or data recruitment (agency or in-house)

Strong understanding of Data, AI/ML or Engineering hiring

Confident communicator who can engage both technical candidates & stakeholders

Proactive, organised and commercially minded

Someone who thrives in a growth environment and wants ownership

Passion for emerging AI trends and the evolving tech landscape
