Salary - £50K to £70K

We're working with a specialist US-focused tech recruitment firm with a strong London presence, known for partnering with some of the most innovative software and AI companies across North America.

They're an established boutique with more than a decade in international tech hiring, and they're now entering a major growth phase as they upscale their US operation following several significant new partnerships.

They've recently secured one of their highest-value US software clients to date — and are now looking for a Team Leader/Manager to take ownership of their US Software & AI function.

You'll inherit a warm portfolio of US clients, active roles and live retained projects across next-generation AI and software engineering

Work with high-growth US companies, many backed by VC/PE and entering rapid scaling phases

Operate a blended Perm & Contract model with shared revenue on inbound roles

Earn 20% on anything placed through clients you develop yourself

Build and lead your own team with autonomy to shape the structure, direction and growth

Up to 30% commission structure

Hybrid model: 3 days in Central London / 2 days WFH

What you'll need

Strong background in Software / Tech recruitment (US experience a bonus)

Senior, Principal, or Manager-level experience running a 360 desk

Proven billings and an ability to grow accounts

Team leadership skills, or the ambition to step into that responsibility

Drive to build and own a high-growth US-focused division
