The Role

As a Principal 360 Tech Recruiter, you’ll operate as a senior consultant, owning a high-value desk and acting as a role model within the team. This is a hands-on billing role with influence, autonomy, and serious earning potential.

Key responsibilities include:

Owning and growing a high-performing 360 tech desk
Winning and managing key client relationships
Delivering consistent, high-value placements across contract and permanent roles
Leading by example in business development and delivery
Mentoring junior consultants and supporting team performance
Negotiating fees, terms, and closing complex deals

About You

Proven experience as a Senior or Principal 360 Recruiter in tech
Strong billing history and commercial mindset
Confident winning business and operating in competitive markets
Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-led environment
Motivated by earnings, recognition, and progression
