Location: Remote-first (UK-based)

Working Model: Fully remote with occasional team meet-ups

Overview:

A specialist recruitment consultancy is hiring experienced recruiters to support continued growth across technology and deep tech markets, partnering with high-growth startups and scale-ups.

The business operates in an adult, high-trust environment, with a strong focus on quality delivery, autonomy, and long-term client relationships.

The Role:

• End-to-end 360 recruitment (open to strong 180 profiles)
• Ownership of a defined market within AI, Quant or Engineering
• Build and manage client relationships across UK, Europe and US
• Work closely with technical hiring stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in technology or technical recruitment
• Commercial, professional approach
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first setup
• Curious and motivated to learn complex technical markets
