Recruitment Consultant (180) – Crypto, Web3 & Blockchain
Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days per week in office)
A specialist technology recruitment consultancy is expanding its Crypto and Web3 delivery team to support increasing demand from crypto platforms, blockchain startups and digital asset businesses.
With a strong pipeline of exclusive roles and established client relationships already in place, this is an opportunity to step into a busy, high-fee market without the pressure of cold sales — allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivery, candidate management and billing.
What You’ll Recruit Into
You will deliver across a range of specialist crypto and Web3 roles, including:
- Blockchain & Protocol Engineers
- Smart Contract Developers
- Web3 Frontend & Product Engineers
- Crypto Infrastructure & Platform Engineers
- DevOps, Cloud & Platform
- Crypto Security & Audit Specialists
These roles sit within venture-backed startups, scale-ups and global crypto platforms, where skills are scarce and hiring is fast-moving.
The Role
As a 180 consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and filling multiple live crypto and Web3 vacancies
- Sourcing, qualifying and managing specialist candidates
- Running full candidate processes from first call through to placement
- Building long-term talent pipelines in a skills-short market
- Working closely with account managers who supply you with exclusive, high-quality vacancies
There is no cold business development — all roles come from established client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in agency recruitment (tech, digital or fintech preferred)
- Strong delivery mindset with a track record of hitting targets
- Comfortable managing multiple fast-moving roles
- Motivated by big fees and uncapped commission
- Willing to work in Manchester 3–4 days per week
