The Role

About You

• Background as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter , ideally in a 360 role
• Strong understanding of IT markets and technical skill sets
• Proven ability to manage a busy, delivery-focused desk
• Commercially driven, confident, and motivated by results
• Comfortable working in a performance-led environment
