The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant focused on AI and deep tech, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across contract and permanent hiring, working closely with technically advanced clients on business-critical roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruiting across AI, machine learning, and deep tech roles
- Advanced sourcing strategies within niche technical talent pools
- Delivering contract recruitment , temporary placement , and permanent placement solutions
- Supporting senior and leadership hires through retained and contingent executive search
- Building long-term partnerships with clients operating in cutting-edge technology environments
- Maintaining a high standard of candidate and client experience
About You
- Experience in IT Recruiting or technical recruiting , ideally within AI, deep tech, or advanced technology markets
- Proven ability to deliver complex, high-value job placements
- Comfortable working across both contract and permanent recruitment models
- Commercially minded, consultative, and confident engaging with technical stakeholders
