The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within the data team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with clients to deliver talent solutions across both contract and permanent markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruiting across data and technology roles
- Strategic, proactive sourcing of specialist candidates
- Delivering contract recruitment, temporary placement, and permanent placement solutions
- Supporting senior hires through retained and contingent executive search processes
- Building and managing long-term client relationships within the data and IT space
- Maintaining a consistently high standard of candidate and client experience
About You
- Proven experience in IT Recruiting or technical recruiting, ideally within data
- Track record of successful, high-quality job placements
- Comfortable working across contract, temporary, and permanent recruitment models
- Commercially minded, consultative, and relationship-driven
- Motivated by performance, progression, and long-term success
