A specialist recruitment consultancy is scaling its Technology & Digital practice to meet surging demand across some of the UK’s most complex and high-value transformation programmes . With a deep pipeline of live roles and long-term client relationships already in place, they are now looking to bring in experienced agency recruiters (180 or 360) to help take the next phase of growth forward.
This is not a volume, churn-and-burn environment. The business partners with organisations running mission-critical digital, data and technology programmes , where hiring decisions are strategic, budgets are protected, and quality of delivery really matters.

You’ll work across a portfolio of high-demand, specialist technology markets, including:
- Digital & Technology Delivery
- Cyber & Information Security
- Data, AI & Advanced Analytics
- Software Engineering & Architecture
- Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Change & Business Transformation
- User-Centred Design & Digital Experience
These are long-term, high-value programmes within large, regulated and enterprise environments — meaning better roles, longer contracts, and stronger client relationships .
The Role
Depending on whether you’re 180 or 360 focused, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering contract and/or permanent hires into live, business-critical projects
- Managing and growing established client accounts
- Building specialist candidate networks in high-value technical markets
- Working a strong flow of live roles in a fast-moving but professional environment
- Developing new business and expanding key accounts (for 360 consultants)
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience in agency recruitment (essential)
- Background in technology, digital, transformation or professional services
- Confident handling multiple live roles and complex briefs
- Commercially minded and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Able to work in London 3 days per week
