As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead SEO strategy across multiple client accounts and help drive outstanding organic performance.
The Role
As SEO Manager, you’ll take ownership of SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients, working closely with content, digital PR, and paid media teams. You’ll be responsible for translating business objectives into clear SEO roadmaps and ensuring best-in-class delivery.
This is a hybrid role, with 1 day per week in our London office and the rest working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
- Conduct advanced keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis
- Lead on-site and technical SEO improvements (site structure, crawlability, CWV, indexation)
- Collaborate with content teams on SEO-led content strategies
- Support and guide link-building and digital PR activity
- Monitor performance using tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Produce clear, insightful reports and present results to clients
- Stay up to date with algorithm updates and industry best practice
- Support junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally within a digital agency environment
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- Confident managing multiple clients and priorities
- Comfortable explaining SEO performance and strategy to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
Nice to Have
- Experience working with enterprise or international SEO campaigns
- Knowledge of JavaScript SEO
- Exposure to digital PR or content-led SEO strategies
- Previous line management or mentoring experience]
