The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant focused on AI and deep tech, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across contract and permanent hiring, working closely with technically advanced clients on business-critical roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end recruiting across AI, machine learning, and deep tech roles
• Advanced sourcing strategies within niche technical talent pools
• Delivering contract recruitment, temporary placement, and permanent placement solutions
• Supporting senior and leadership hires through retained and contingent executive search
• Building long-term partnerships with clients operating in cutting-edge technology environments
• Maintaining a high standard of candidate and client experience

About You

• Experience in IT Recruiting or technical recruiting, ideally within AI, deep tech, or advanced technology markets
• Proven ability to deliver complex, high-value job placements
• Comfortable working across both contract and permanent recruitment models
• Commercially minded, consultative, and confident engaging with technical stakeholders
• Motivated by performance, credibility, and long-term career progression
